The scheduled hearing date in the case between Elon Musk and Twitter has been announced by the judge. The richest man in the world and the giant social media company will be in court for four days from October 17 to October 21.

In this case, Musk says that the bot rates claimed by Twitter are much higher, while Twitter claims to the contrary, claiming that Musk’s abandonment of the purchase harms its brand value. Additionally, Twitter wants the billionaire to be tried in court as early as possible. Elon Musk Musk wants the hearing to be held in February 2023.
