Ryzen 7000: Recently, the OMG revealed new information about the processors Ryzen 7000 and the coming Zen architecture 4. Now, a leak coming from the company itself may have shown the date the products hit the market: September 15th.
The leak took place at a meeting between AMD representatives and distributor partners in China. In the image below you can see a presentation with a slide in Chinese, saying that September 15th is the start date for the sale of products.
Although the information ends here, it would not be surprising to imagine this date for the arrival of the Ryzen 7000 “Raphael”. In the hardware world, even more so in 2022, internal delays always happen, so there’s also the possibility that parts only hit the market a few weeks later. If confirmed, the date should also refer to the launch of the new X670E, X670 and B650 motherboards.
In addition, trusted insider Greymon55 has revealed the naming of the first Zen 4 architecture processors we will see coming to retail: Ryzen 7950X (16 cores/32 threads) and 7900X (12 cores/24 threads) as the enthusiast models; Ryzen 7800X (8 cores/16 threads) as the top of the line; and the Ryzen 7600X (6 cores/12 threads) as the middleman. The Ryzen 7700X will only be released in the future, and should only appear in mid-2023.
7700X is still not in the first lineup.
